Display selected Caldera Forms form

Note: Form may not be shown or will not work properly if the workflow starts outside of a content region of the web page.

Note: Caldera Forms forms cannot work properly in the WordPress Dashboard. Use Easy Form action instead.

If you want to start a workflow after each form submission has occurred, use Caldera form submitted trigger instead.

Requirements: this trigger requires the Caldera Forms plugin installed.
